We submit all claims to primary and secondary insurance and bill patient for any balance due.

  • All fees are paid directly to the doctor.
  • We charge the doctor 10% of all fees collected.
  • Medicaid claims are charged on a per claim basis.
  • $300 start-up fee per doctor.
  • Will process Medicare application for new enrollee or update application for inactive Medicare number.
